Queen Mary offers a comfortable bed and clean accommodations. The location is excellent, being a short 10-minute walk from Bourse. I appreciated the value for the price, paying 50 euros without breakfast. Adding a personal touch to the experience.
The hotel appeared somewhat run-down with outdated fittings.

During my 3-night stay, the location was excellent, just a short walk to the main attractions, made exploring easy. The friendly staff ensured I felt welcomed throughout my visit, providing answers to my queries promptly. I encountered issues with cleanliness, as fresh towels weren't readily available, and some facilities felt outdated. The breakfast options needed improvement, as the selection left much to be desired, which affected my overall experience.

It was fairly close to the Grand Place, the room was clean and the breakfast was nice. We were leaving early (before 7am) and the night receptionist was very accommodating. He served us breakfast 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time.
The day receptionist could have provided a friendlier service. There were also problems with the room key. A couple we were staying with at the same hotel, were also unable to open their room and a locksmith had to be called. They had to wait a couple of hours after a their trip to Bruges. We almost lost our dinner reservation.

Their breakfast, varied and with quite good choice.
I did not like waiting when arriving at 15:30, particularly when arriving in the room where a poster says you will be charged for an additional night if you haven't left the room by 11:30. The poor maid must be overworked, dealing with two hotels at the same time. Because that was the explanation given why the room wasn't ready..

This was just a solid selection for a quick trip in Brussels with good price-value balance. The staff were friendly and helped me quickly when I needed extra towels. If driving, be extra careful about parking to avoid theft around the area.

Queen Mary is your gateway to the good stuff in Brussels! In the nearby streets, you'll find La Manufacture and Den Teepot dishing out delights worth savoring. I was charmed by the warm, friendly vibes of the staff during my 3-night adventure. They surely.
But, oh boy, the room was a letdown. It felt cramped compared to the photos, and the bathroom was a puzzle in tight spaces-quite the ordeal when trying to shower! The overall cleanliness had room for improvement, with dated fixtures and marks that could use a good scrub.

Good breakfast service, constantly filled up. Cleaning good, fresh towels each day
Poor language knowledge at the reception, at a 10 days stay I would like to have a discount

It was 6 minute walk to the Grand Place, the staff was willing to help, not very expensive, very good breakfast. Very quite zone, although it was in the centre.I Will definetely stay again here, if I vist Brussels.
It was difficult to find it, we were coming from Midi station, that it is 10 minute walk, but we needed almost one hour, the taxi didnt take us, because of the short distance. Before going call the hotel so they give you instructions, or take the taxi directly from the airport.

I merely used the hotel for sleeping/eating.
Room was ok but did have a sloping ceiling with a fairly stout wooden beam passing overhead which meant the 'headspace was quite limited when in bed - care had to be taken to avoid this beam when sitting up. Bathroom/shower was up a number of steps and access was quite awkward - shower was an 'over bath' handlheld unit. Breakfast was ok but although I was told at check-in that it was available between 7.00 and 10.00 - when I got down at 7.00, I had to wait quite a while before it was ready.
